Hi @Faith-and-Hope, i'm having my first morning cup of tea - the best part of the day. Trying to shake of an invasive flow of bad memories replaying like a movie when i woke this morning. Don't know why that happens but trying not to panic & let it pass. Thanks for all the lovely pictures across the forums and for your positive outlook on life. You're a blessing. Glad I posted here last night - I can see I just got another 4 hours sleep ... Yay !

Thanks for the shout-out re the pictures 🌷  I'm a bit of a chatter-box (who could tell ??) from a young age, and now visually with pictures too.  I hope I'm not being "too strong a brew" with it all ... At least I know from the 'likes' that the pictures are appealing to others here.  Really appreciate that feedback.  We are all feeling our way 💗

Just had a bit of a chat on Night Shift a few hours ago about how much processing our brains seem to do while we are sleeping.  The only consciousness of that seems to be when we wake up recalling in the moment that we are struggling with a flow of bad (or good) memories and bad (or good, or strange, or unusual) dreams.  We have amazing minds and bodies that are following some sort of programming regardless of our mental need for control.  I wonder whether it's a gentle form of detox, and in that case, nothing to be afraid of ...

Hope you have a good day @Former-Member, and everybody else who drops in for a cuppa.  I'm heading down to the river foreshore near here as soon as I can for an Almond-milk Cappucino with Vanilla, and sprinkled with Cinnamon.  It can be Christmas every Sunday, a little bit, yes it can !! 😊
