Hope Bub is okay. Best to be proactive with these things @Determined. Seems like one thing after another for you.
Rain here too - the weeds are loving it.

Home from the hospital, seems there is a gastro bug going around but bub checked out ok. Just need to keep an eye on him and keep him hydrated. He was so good even with with the big wait and complied with all of the poking and prodding without complaint. Is happy to be home with his brothers now though.

Grateful for the friendly helpful staff at the hospital and thankful that there is nothing serious going on for bub, just a nasty tummy bug.

Well we have had 30mm rain so far today with predictions for up to 100mm overnight (currently dumping at 10mm / hr). If it keeps up overnight our water worries should be over by morning. So grateful for the rain and trusting my darling can be more settled about the water now.

Feeling bad for my little outbursts and moaning over the last couple of days. I really do need to start focussing on the positives and being more grateful for the good things in my life. Lots of people having a rough ride at the moment, I don't for a moment think I am alone in that regard, or feeling weary and alone.
Thank you to all my amazing friends who have always been here when I have gone into meltdown,

Liking the rain but just wished it could come at night and not when I want to go out @Determined.
It's okay to blow off steam once in a while. If that was your every day demeanour, that would be a concern.
You know you can come here to rant any time you like.
