Last visit gp gave me something to help with sleep but made no difference so dosage increased at todays visit. My biggest concern is that it is one more thing to have to lock away. Not sure if the added stress is worth it but will give it a genuine try.

Self care day for me today. Heading out in the boat by myself, I thought we were all going but Darling didnt sleep well and boys would rather sit if front of the stupid tv. (But they are bored).
Juat hope my Darling will be ok by herself with the 3 children .
Trust everyone has a good day.

This is one thing you thought might help with self care, enjoy the peace and tranquility. Hope you won't need to call the coast guard today LoL.

I hope you have a good day @Determined , and get to relax somewhat.
Do your boys know to call in grandparents if there is any need for intervention while you are out ?
I can be hard to hand over the weight of responsibility, but it is also an important part of getting your own needs met.

Thanks @Former-Member @Faith-and-Hope
So far so good.
No fish but it is nice just sitting back relaxing with the onlysound being the wind and water slapping against the boat.
Darling called earlier for a half hour phone call because she was lonely and wished she had come with me.
All seemed well at home though.
