Interesting @Former-Member - though I'd say there's one circle missing from the Dimensions of Resilience, namely "Social". Healthy personal and community connections can make a big difference to resilience.
Physical would be my biggest weak point. I've been so unmotivated that I've gotten really out of condition, possibly the most unfit I've ever been. Trying to tackle that in gentle steps.
