I found this app, App4care specically for carers to keep in touch with their loved one. Not sure if its the greatest, I just found it by doing a google search. Might be worth a look though for carers who worry about the safety of their loved one.

One of the Apps claim you can use it when you dont have any credit on your phone- do these sorts of things only work when you have data?

@Baboo not sure. I would presume you need credit on your phone to use the internet, but if it's saying you don't need credit than maybe you don't for that app. Interesting indeed!

i found one here that helps with the prevention of nightmares- it reminded me of lucid dreaming a little- i spoke to a forum member yesterday about it. Using sounds and pictures to try to set your self up for a nice dream adventure rather than a stressful one
