Hello all, this is my first SANE forum! Hoping for self care tips (as a carer) and it'd be great to hear other people's experiences and how they cope with everything.

Hi all
This is my first time in a forum session and so don't really know what to expect. I am the father of a 23 yo son who has BPD and other mental health challenges. He is currently in hospital (last ten days or so). He lives with my wife, me, and our youngest who is 19.
I have good self-care I think but I am feeling really jittery at the moment.

Good evening @Daisydreamer @TideisTurning @Shaz51 and anyone else here.
I will be here when I can tonight, but may need to head off at some point. If so, I will read through later.
Emelia
