Re: Top 10 tips to getting sleep
i'm not great at sleeping... but i have music playing all night (quite softly) from an album called sleep training - sleep songs and relaxing sleep music. It also helps to ground me if i wake up from bad dreams. The music also helps me feel like its bedtime because i only play it when i get into bed for sleep.
