I need to talk to someone sane, who is not brainwashed.  My anxiety is through the roof today.

yes. WBAN is my main source of anxiety right now, and that nobody will discuss it with me. Can anyone talk to me? This is very clunky.

I tried to .  It's not safe.  The calls are recorded, you can't opt out of that, and they don't inform you.

I hear that you're looking for a space to connect but I want to make sure that you're connecting with the right service: The forums are a public space and cannot offer any immediate forms of support or counselling. It is a space for the community to connect and members reply when they are able. Is this what you're after at the moment?

Anyone.  anyone at all.  I've been hours trying to find someone to talk to now, text or phone or zoom, I don't care.  There are people here it says.  They lied to me on the phone.  I don't see the point of continuin
