@Faith-and-Hope yep, TTT is superly duperly awesome. I so badly wish I could clone her for other Forumites. By the way, I love that you and your grown up baby dragons are reading together. TTT read me some more of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory today. It super helps me to feel calm.

@Former-Member will you ride a super giant wave with me? I was feeling ok when I got home from seeing TTT, but then I got squished by yet another email bus and now I am back to ultra struggling. I feel silenced, voiceless and powerless. It's not ok. None of this is ok. I feel super super super confused and scared.
@CheerBear I am going to snuggle in your pocket while you float around the ocean on your unicorn floatie. The waves are so big and the ocean is so scary right now, but I know that I am safe in your pocket. I know you can know without knowing and I know that we've got this - together-but-not.

I see that we appear to be cross-posting.
The idea of a slinky graveyard made me giggle. TTT's slinky is a plastic one, so I'd better be careful with it!
We are aiming to use DT to get through Tuesday. Happily for me, I'm still so overloaded with the wrongness of the wrong that I don't have any room in my brain to deal with more than that right now. I really won't be thinking about Tuesday until Tuesday.
That works well that DT is your favourite module. I think ER is my favourite...although it is the interpersonal effectiveness one that I re-read most often. I super like how the interpersonal effectiveness skills are spelt out so clearly, even a little aspie turtle like me can follow the instructions like a recipe and get a good outcome.
I definitely plan to have the last mindfulness post ready to post on Monday. I've already written half of it. I love that mindfulness is your least favourite module given that, you know, it is the core, central, fundamental module of the entire therapeutic approach of DBT.
I'm glad you've had a day of sleeping and playing with yarn. That sounds exactly like how the first week of school is supposed to be spent - for mums! I super want to get back to yarn playing. I am guessing that right now my yarn playing adventure is starting out like yours did - play a bit, get squished by a bus, play a bit more, get a bit more squished etc etc etc.
Ok, well if you are reading this at around 4:20pm on Thursday, methinks it might mean you aren't sticking to your forum time limit, so off you go now...

Good afternoon @Phoenix_Rising , @CheerBear , @Faith-and-Hope and anyone else reading this 😉
I am so pleased to hear that your session with TTT today was as enjoyable as it was. I imagine such excitment when you find new toys there 🙂 Slinky's are so cool. We have some at our place too and have slinky races down the stairs 🙂
I'm feeling the urge to go back and read about such amazing sounding pancakes. Reminds me of the most amazing dessert I made the other week...... ferrero rocher ice cream cake with a choc chocolate nutella sauce. OH MY it was amazing!
Watching out across the ocean with my bioculars in hand 🙂

I am in utter crisis @Former-Member.
I do not matter,

Destroy me completely,
Then throw me away.
