I'm super upset right now. So I've made myself a bowl of microwave poridge with quick oats. Yes I'm anxious as well; very disillusioned and my insomnia is slowly getting worse. so... Food it is! I have to speak to my GP tomorrow, so I may be online on these forums for a few nights. I enjoy reading and interacting with the discussions, so this is a nice, relaxing outlet for me. For now, let's not speak of the elephant in the room, I shall log off for a while to eat, then will be back on to read more posts. I hope all is well with you all!
