Hi @outlander
Sorry to read that you are anxious about a medical appointment tomorrow, and can't seem to get the fearful thoughts out of your mind. It's understandable however worrying is not going to change whatever news you receive tomorrow, nor will it have you well rested and better able to cope.
I guess the main strategies are trying to put it out of your mind by distracting yourself with a book, TV, radio etc. Something light and enjoyable. Try having a shower to warm up and relax muscles ready for sleep. Have a warm, milky drink.
See if you can sleep a bit. Take care and best wishes for tomorrow.

Hi @outlander - tennis was good. It distracted my mind but now I am back to the anxiety and the panic in my chest. The girls have this reputation of me being the good tennis player and one of them said she likes watching my footwork is. It should be a nice compliment right? Well it makes me anxious at times as I feel there is this pressure to keep up to this reputation they tend to have of me.
I am glad you feel we get you and understand you. It puts a smile to my face to know we are helping, even a little during your tough time. I hope @Former-Member comments have given you some relief in terms of explaining. I remember when I has the abnormality the nurse went down the negative route which made me anxious of the what if! I see you are worried and scared about your appointment tomorrow, what time is it? You can give me eastern standard time and I will less 2 hrs ☺️ I will try to be online for you if I can so you can hold my hands and walk in with you if that's gonna help. I have a few client meetings so am hoping it is a window I am free and at my laptop if you do need me xx

They mean well @outlander. The coach a couple weeks ago said that he reckons am strongest and was worried won't be challenged to try go to the Tuesday class, but I have tennis games in Tuesday this term. I don't think I deal with compliments very well. It's the same with dance.
Ok my friend I will be on the way to work but maybe I will try my best to wake up early enough to log in to be there for you. Though you may know am here for you thought be nice to reiterate that. I am so hoping I sleep well tonight. I woke up again. This time at 4am today 😔
Am going to shower so I will be back right after if you are still around xx

I hope so too @outlander but the way my body is feeling I don't know....trying not think about it. Got a question...do you think it is really bad to be too caring??? Don't know if that shows a sign of weakness or being a push over.
