Revamped leftovers here. Tuna and veg risotto plus extra greens, some butter, cheese, milk and flour to make a cheese sauce, then into the oven.
Ummm... tonight's travel could be as "exotic" as our favourite takeaways maybe? Eating at home is the new normal, after all.
We're spoiled in our little town. Some of the fancy cafes/restaurants are doing takeaways, and while they're a bit more costly than the average fish and chippery, it's still cheaper than a sit down restaurant meal. The pub does great pizzas.
