@MDT, good to see you after a couple of weeks away from the feast. How are you going? I have had a rough few weeks but seem to have turned the corner again and things have been improving over the past couple of days. Relieved and glad of it. Pasta is one of my favourite dishes too, and we're having it tonight!
@Crazy_Bug_Lady, I remember you from about three years ago on the forum. Glad to see you around again. I remember you had bug pets, aside from Killara. That name instantly rang a bell when I read it. Hope things turn out for the best there.
@Owlunar, haven't crossed paths on the forum for a while but I appreciated a post you wrote to me a while back about how we don't need to compare our suffering. I was not in a place to reply at the time, but thanks for your good words.
@Lilyq, wow, didn't know it was world champagne day. Even though I rarely touch alcohol any more, it kind of makes today feel like a party!
@Shaz51, thanks for the tag here tonight. I remember when I took several months off the forum a year or two ago, you were always the one to keep tagging me from time to time. It made me glad that someone remembered me. I'm sure there's others who feel the same. I love asparagus and I love ham and cheese on toast. We are having bacon spaghetti here tonight, a specialty of the household 'chef', C. Not sure what else he puts in it aside from tomato, but it is yum. There'll be cheese on top too. Mmmmm, cheese.

I've had a quiet birthday with family but it feels like I've had such a bigger celebration with all these birthday wishes. 🙂
