@Mazarita my research is exploring the extent to which digital media practices gives voice to people living with mental illness. Partly inspired by here, but also branching out to look at social media too.
Can we do the virtual gym while eating at the same time @Jacques and @Shaz51??

and they had a talk on he radio this morning about depression and the climate going to together -- like my Mr shaz gets more depressed when it is raining, so they were saying that people can get depressed at different times of the year
