once again I forgot dole yest, but got reminder ha ha

just put bin out.

walked around block and pinched junkmail again lol body still feeling it from big walk last sunday think. was not loose , and felt hip/back thing, although nothing serious. could have gone further, going to shops this morning so that will at least double my steps frm  walk just now. house is still a bit warm . 33 here today, then 38, 44, 38 ha har lol  will be inside w both a/c's on and taking showers lol ..

not 7am yet here @Meowmy prob leave 0730-0800 supermarkets open in 10 mins, but some things not open til later plus going to be hot, so get in, get out, guess lol

had toast. think shower next. not sure if am up to 2nd coffee yet. RSL eventually replied in very non-commital way re packing up opshop 'oh guess they wouldnt say no to extra help'.. 

I am too over sensitive sometimes.  anyway, hope work goes quickly. Cat on lounge after tour of house, seems to like tv for company. looks at it every now and again. @SmilingGecko @Glisten @ENKELI @Oaktree  Good Morning.. stay cool , kids 😅

showered here @Meowmy  time to get dressed and think about moving. got a few things up in air , want to be home for ph appt 0930,some shops not open til 0830 and I want to get things over with and get home and go back to bed lol ok found place got what want and opens 8am.. time to go , ha

@Meowmy if you were raised in an abusive family there is a greater likelihood of attracting an abusive partner. You only have to see the stories on SANE. Most relationships are only based on money and servicing intimate needs anyway. Very few people are attuned to their partners hopes dreams and wishes. They don't know who their partner is! I read family systems theory and its like 75% of families out there that are dysfunctional so we are not alone in this regard. Don't let it get you down. I focus on myself and living my own life. I have the space to do that now. Living in an abusive situation that you are in now makes it hard to see any reprieve from a less than satisfactory situation. I'm sorry you are stuck still in such a difficult situation with an abusive mother and brother at your stage in life. I hope one day you are free of it and can be happy and start to thrive as a person. You deserve to be happy and well

I was so relieved to see him and Lexie dog 🐕 that I hugged him 🫂 and my tear duct sweated 😢 because my eyeballs were hot, ok
