@ENKELI i got quotes for solar, all lied to me to a greater or lesser degree, the worst one tried to tell me putting panels on shaded sid e of house was ok cos what I though was east was really north , cos my map not as good as his magic one.......................
long story short, would have been due for replacement by time was paid off. I just dont use enough power to justify it, thats first question they ask and base sums on. they just jacked my power usage up lol
so .. no great loss........................ only pays 6 cents/kw now, etc bla bla so if you have more than one person and use heaps of power during daylight hours, go for it. if not, steer well clear, lol
