Wow @Lee82  ... got the rice paper rolls already.  Look sooo good.  I sometimes buy some from a little vietnamese shop in our nearby town.  They look just like these that you posted.  So tasty and fresh ... I always choose the prawn ones .. they have chicken or pork as well.  Prawn ones always best I reckon. Have you got a nice dipping sauce to have with them?

Still awaiting the sushi .... 

I would swap my dinner for yours any day.  Actually mine happens to be prawns too ... but its left over Singapore Chilli Prawns.  A dish I cooked 2 days ago.  Reheating some and cook up some rice to have it with.  Didnt feel like cooking tonight.

Thanks so much @Former-Member we only have soy and wasabi with the sushi and hoisin sauce with the rice paper rolls. 
You may think I'm  crazy but I love leftovers. It somehow always tastes better a couple days later. Enjoy not having to cook hun...I love cooking to create but hate cooking every single night. Can never decide on what to have especially when I have one child who would live off nothing but chicken nuggets and two minutes noodles. Lol

Uhm i actually forgot about eating tody... i need to get my head on straight ( hahah I am gay so hmm) 

I am busy with a wordpress site to start blogging again .I had a site in South Africa but I had to close it down. 

I wonder if I should make a list of events and share it with the head healer. 

Something happened the other morning that still freaks me out but its against guidelines to share so still pondering events
