So glad you posted again this morning.
It can be difficult to know when talking about personal problems
HELPS you find solutions or better pathways
or just adds more fear triggering overwhelm.
Denial does not help solve problems.
Some reflection is essential to gain insight.
Distraction is often reccomended but only provides temporary relief.
SO maybe you can change the inner relationship you have with mark.
Something like an annoying but manageable memory. He might not go away, but if you can tell him to get back in his box enough ...or something like that .. its worth a shot
