I believe in free markets, individual rights and liberty. I'm not against people having the financial means they want. Not against rich or poor. I am not far right. But I am against socialism for many reasons - it comes in under a paternalistic guise but only ends in tyranny @The-red-centaur. Not having a go but I don't believe in socialism

My chromotherapy water bottle has been posted. You have no idea how difficult it is to be sold a glass cobalt blue bottle for fair price. Am so excited got a large bottle with free postage covered by Amazon Prime. It will shift a lot for me spiritually and physically. I used to use them in the past for ho'oponopono, a hawaiian shamanic practice mainly. More in the article below

I was up in the wee early hours doing my energy practices and decided to use resistance bands after my meditation this time to open the energy channels in the body but doing it at 5-7am you can access a lot of cosmic energy. It was really amazing it opens the acupressure points to allow the cosmic chi in the early hours to seep in.

I always used to meditate and chant at this time as its a very primordial part of the day but never thought of doing resistance bands that early. 

It enables you to accumulate more upgrades spiritually according to a TCM and tai.chi/martial artist I follow. You really feel the best you have ever been, not being burdened by dense heavy energy which is all around us on the planet today. You feel damn good!!!!!!!!
