Hi Niqua,
Sorry you have gone through such a hard time to get to the dentist. How did it go after all? Thinking of you.
Support worker meetup went well here, first we met in a cafe and then went to the beach. I will see her again probably, just not as my support worker anymore and in a different group context. We also have each other's email address. After that, I went to the art group at the local mental health centre. It was really engaging, painting to music. Nice group leader, nice couple of other people in the group.

Hi @outlander, @Shaz51, @Former-Member, @Former-Member and everyone,
Just had dinner (a pie). Star Trek is over for the day. Good time to come on here and see if anyone feels like chatting. Good wishes to all for the evening ahead.

Okay here, @outlander. I almost always have better days when I get myself out of the flat and into the world. I read on another thread that you are doing it tough at the moment. Hugs.

Gidday Mazy,
It's gone. Apparantly my bones been eaten away by bacteria, nothing was holding it in - maybe I should have used a piece of string and a door handle. He had to use 2 injections, which set my anxiety off because the first one hurt a lot. It's so humiliating, I'm not really crying, it's just a physical reaction, it's just, I don't know, being overwhelmed. Had the strangest reaction driving home, my left eye wouldn't shut, takes an hour to get back, had to hold it closed with my hand.
Cafe and beach with your new friend (last day of being a support) sounds wonderful. Yay for going to the art group! 🙂
Lots of love to you @Mazarita
