We have a beautiful beach about 20 minutes away that is a designated dog beach @Scarecrowe There is a walking track on the hill above also where you can also take dogs so it is a wonderful place to go with Toby. He is super cute at the beach - he runs up ahead of me but constantly looks back to make sure I am still coming then runs off again. Once he gets to the rocks at the end of the beach he waits for me then we sit on the rocks watching the waves (and the world) go by for a while before walking back. It is both relaxing and energising and I miss going.

Just been cleaning up a bit more @Scarecrowe @TAB - put a load of washing on ...mostly tea towels etc. from today. Only have the washing up to do but will tackle that in short bursts across the evening. Going to have to vacuum again - both dogs going in and out today brought plenty of dried grass in with them but not doing that tonight. Planning on an early night ...I know Toby will be asleep early too.
