And I have begun putting my Frozen Christmas Icecream Cake together ready for tomorrows dessert. Half way there, in that I have put the rum, spices, fruit and nuts into the vanila icecream and stirred it all through. Back in the freezer now to harden up again before I load it in layers on top of my fruit cake base.
