We mowed our block this morning 

Done a load of washing 

Now relaxing 

Tomorrow having morning tea here for my aunty who is turning 84

My mum nearly went to hospital last night but said NO !!!! And acussed me of wanting to get rid of her 😪

Hi! Thankyou for keeping company with me yesterday, @Snowie @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Jynx  @Emelia8  @Zoe7 

It meant alot to not feel so alone. 
New day today. Have been busy washing and cleaning. Might find something on Netflix and relax. I bought a flower colouring book this week. It’s supposed to be part of mindfulness. Feel like a little kid again. 😀

I start trauma/addiction counselling with a psychologist on Tuesday, so I’m hopeful she can help me. She specialises in addiction and trauma. So far psychologists haven’t been able to help me. But I’m feeling hopeful. New doctor found a medication that seems to be helping. First time ever. 👍
