Hi everyone,
As some of you know, I have been overseas. Today is my first day back and I'm feeling jetlagged and a bit all over the place. Makes me think about how important sleep is to us! Back in the day I could pull an all nighter to get through a uni assignment, but back then I didn't realise the lack of sleep was having on me.

i'm not great at sleeping... but i have music playing all night (quite softly) from an album called sleep training - sleep songs and relaxing sleep music. It also helps to ground me if i wake up from bad dreams. The music also helps me feel like its bedtime because i only play it when i get into bed for sleep.
