TW: death
one of my friends unexpectedly passed away today. She got extremely unwell suddenly and they took her off life support and everything and nobody could have ever seen this coming. Nobody knew anything (but a few close friends) until her sister posted something today.
im honestly in a state of shock. We weren’t like super close, but she still gave me a lot of advice, and was helping me a lot when I was diagnosed with depression years ago, and then helped me again when I got hit with the BP2 diagnosis too, giving me personal experience.
I just really don’t know what to do or what to say or anything. I’ve moved my appointment with my psychologist to next week, just incase.

Thanks @tyme - I didn’t know such a hotline existed. I’ll see how I feel in the morning, and maybe give them a call.

I honestly don’t know, @tyme.
I’ve been trying to think of how I’m feeling and I honestly don’t know

And that's okay @_PixieSolstice_ . Sometimes we don't always know what we are feeling. Grief can make us feel numb, disconnected and lost in a way.
It may take time to process this grief. Sometimes, just talking about it can help you process it even if you cannot name what you are feeling.
Don't forget that Griefline is there if you need it. And we are here too. 🙂
