I am grateful for the medication (that I am not allowed to mention on this site) that has finally put me into remission from my Major Depression. After 6 years with anti depressants not working, I finally have relief from all those horrible, painful symptoms.

Hi @Daisydreamer - yes to technology for communications!
@roses I'm also grateful for nature. I have a tiny garden but it makes a big difference to have one at all. My workmates got me some flowers because of a death in the family and I was really touched.
This might sound like a really odd one, but I'm grateful for medication atm. Without it I'm pretty sure I would be going under.

Yes! I too am grateful for medication. Life must have been horrific for people who lived in years gone by when there was no medication and people were just locked up in an insane asylum, roses 🌹

Agreed @Mazarita - so grateful for how far treatments have come. Something I often reflect on
Today I am feeling grateful for sunshine and the positive impact it has on my mood. I can always tell the difference in my mood on days I've been out in the sun and days I havent ☀️
What are you feeling grateful for today @Mazarita @Shaz51 @roses @utopia @frog?
