Re: not feeling good
Sitting in my car at the beach and it's pouring
don't know why I'm here
I'm crying
I'm not thinking clearly
the birds in the water
rain getting heavy

Re: not feeling good
Try to just breathe and connect with where you are and what is happening @BlueBay ..... mindfulness ..... noticing the sound of the rain, the birds on the water, the smell of rain ......
Hugs 💙💕

Re: not feeling good
Hi everyone @Faith-and-Hope @Angels333 @MDT @Emelia8 @Maggie @Owlunar @Shaz51 and others reading
I think i have taken one too many meds this morning. Now i am so confused as to what to do. i have just called my GP who will hopefully clarify and help.
that's what happens when you have to see another doctor and then he prescribes another medication. i am so sick of seeing so many people. wish they would just let me see my own GP and no one else.
No wonder why i feel so sick this morning.
hope he rings soon.

Re: not feeling good
If you are really worried that your medications are clashing @BlueBay
Then ring the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 - you can ring 24/7 if you are concerned
From what you posted about your medical conditions it is possible you have other health problems that need addressing - you have had many medical problems as well has mental health problems for a long time and a thyroid or heart condition might explain some of them so you do need to follow the advice you have been given
Or as an adult you can refuse - it's pretty much up to you - what do you think? Could your GP know specialist issues?
But if you are feeling really ill - get the packets or bottles of tablets you are currently taking and ring the Poisons Centre - and find out - or ring 000 - rather than just wait
I guess it depends how concerned you are - but why not get it checked out?

Re: not feeling good
I got hold of my doctor before he closed. I'm now on three different blood pressure tablets. I'm confused. It's dropping my BP so HD said to keep taking it for a week but go back to him.
that's why I'm feeling so sick and lightheaded.
Also my breathing is very wheezy. If I feel worse I will go to hospital
. It's really hard when I'm now seeing two different doctors.
Do you know if a consultant physician is higher than a GP.
I'm seriously taking it very slow today.
