Hey Everyone.

Im new to this. Just need to reach out to people who understand. I feel like Alice going down a dark hole. Before she got to wonderland she had to fall. It’s the falling that's so hard. I do intend on getting a psychiatrists help.

Hi @Pandora80, welcome to the forum.  I must admit, recently i've been thinking there is no end to this 'fall' as you put it.  But reading your post was a good reminder for me to stay motivated to keep trying to find some sort of 'wonderland'.

I've fallen down the 'blackhole' many times myself, but I've noticed that each time its gotten much easier to pull myself up and recover - and reaching out for help was a big part of that so its great to hear you're interested in seeing a psychiatrist. An awesome first step 😊
