How is everybody doing this week?
I've been keeping busy volunteering at my kids school, we're organising an easter raffle and managed to secure lots of awesome prizes for the kids so that's exciting! Also job hunting for flexible working arrangements which is proving more challenging than I anticipated, hopefully something comes up soon.

An easter raffle with the kids... that sounds so fun @MermaidHair .
Job hunting... a massive anxiety trigger for me I dread it so much. Well I only once went through a formal hiring with interviews and all, way too much for me. I hope the perfect job shows up for you.
I have been struggling a bit lately, a lot of uncertainty about where I will be living has put me in a bit of a holding pattern. Trying to deploy all my stuff to keep from doing absolutely nothing and getting really depressed. Not exactly succeeding. This is my first time really doing that with the help of medication, it is definitely different.
Well the world keeps turning anyway, I'm sure I will be fine soon. I hope everyone else out there is having an alright time with the bipolar.

@Acanthiza yes it has been quite the trigger, very anxiety and stress inducing but I'm determined to win this battle, thank you for your kind words!
Housing uncertainty would be tough on anyone, that is a hard thing to go trough. You are trying to use what you have not to fall into nothingness or depression, I think trying in itself is a success, sometimes it's all we can do. I hope you get some certainty around the situation soon 🙏

Hello @Acanthiza @MermaidHair
Have had a big week this week
My hubby had a melanoma surgery on Monday
So recovering this week

Well I will definitely have some certainty since my mum won't own this house in two months! I will either be in a new place or homeless haha. It isn't fun to feel powerless but I don't have much option since I don't have a lot of money, too much anxiety and no rental history : /
If I didn't have family I would've been homeless a long time ago, well I wouldn't be around at all...
Way too maudlin... I am actually doing ok! Despite what the previous paragraphs might indicate lol

How is everyone doing lately? I've been ebbing and flowing. I find keeping busy helps me manage quite well most of the time, but it can also bite me in the butt if I get hit with a low and I have all these things to do that busy me organised and I no longer feel like I can do any of it. Thankfully it was only short lived 🙏
