I feel rage at a lot of different times. @Former-Member

The most helpful things for me when in that kind of feeling state.

1. Know it will pass and that rage and hate are different.

2. Pledge that I will not hurt myself or others if possible.

3. Analyse the cause of the rage. (It can arise from different triggers and different root causes.)

4. Try to give yourself the time and space to take appropriate action.

@Appleblossom i have spent the whole day in bed. I just don't want to face the world.
I feel deflated. I feel anger, hate, confusion, tiredness, sadness all at once.

It's exhausting and overwhelming.

I keep thinking of past events, what has others have said and the things people do including myself & i just feel all over the place.

I just want to go back to bed.

@Former-MemberTo be totally honest. I started to heal when I allowed myself to be in bed when I needed it. I had been working and feeling totally depressed, overwhelmed and exhausted for a very long time.

Maybe that is not the right thing to do all day, everyday.

Keeping a mood diary can help.

Start to notice when there are other feelings ...

There is a lot of wisdom and creativity on this site.

DO you have a decent health team?

Sorry I did not see that second post.

Just make sure you get enough fruit & veg in the house while you hibernate. Til you figure out what your next plot twist .. in the big game of life will be.

There are various cooking threads on this site.  A lot of people have issues with food prep and too much or not enough eating.

eg

"Munchies"

or Friday Feast

Its also just a way to meet and chat other people on the site.

Despair is tough, and the world can be pretty rude and knock us around.
