😄 @CheerBear. It’s great to see your mood elevated tonight a bit. I’m going to cook tea may be on after but may not cross paths. I have written some of my story today on sans thread. I’m not after any responses but only tend to write that stuff once. I’m open for any questions about it, sometimes it helps to know others stories a bit. And for anyone else if they’re interested or need to sleep 😜

today is a different story , mr shaz had 2 equipments break down this morning and now they are at the repair shop getting fixed so this has stopped work and has raised anxiety levels

It's good that you can drive, @outlander. It does give so much more independence. I've always lived in places with lots of traffic though. When I was more manic, I drove really well and confidently. With the more depressive years of my bipolar, I lost it with driving. Good to hear you are working towards getting some movement back.
@CheerBear, it sounds like you were assertive in a good way. Interesting that it is the social worker who is really helping. Relates to another discussion we had about your interest in social work. I've never seen a social worker but I know one (only see him very occasionally, in another city). It seems to me like a really worthwhile occupation. I really like that woman.
@Shaz51, one good day with energy is a break at least. Sorry to hear the anxiety levels have risen again today. Good to see you, scotirish sister.

Are you watching any shows tonight, @outlander? C has the State of Origin on TV, with the sound down. We've been chatting a bit while I sit at my desktop. I am not into it but I've kind of picked Maroons to win, mainly because I like living in Queensland.
Hi @Snowie, just got your like. How's it going tonight?

Looking forward to having a read through @Teej 😊
Haha @outlander! I feel for them, with the situations they have to deal with, but I feel more for us who have to actually live the situations I think. Thank you. I'm doing pretty well all things considered I think ☺
Hiya @Shaz51. Sorry to hear about Mr Shaz and the anxiety. Would be hard for both of you ❤
@MazaritaI work so much better with social workers and the like, than I do with clinical workers, and almost always better with women. My ultra clinical psych is a male and I find our work really helpful though. We do well together which is at times a source of joking between us. In saying that, with today (and other times MH services have hurt) it really isn't rocket science to work out why a woman with PTSD from abuse may find it hard to work with a man holding the power and dictating what is best for her, and it might cause some issues. I read a report from the Chief Psychiatrist today that highlighted the importance of mental health workers having awareness of mental health issues that occur with a history of family violence, and it made me big yay. Things are changing.
Still smiling at your day today. I really am so very happy for you ☺ You did so well!
I'm going to head off for tonight and snuggle those cats. ❤ to all and goodnight x
