A long rave

That's wonderful that it's for ethical reasons, @greenpea. I am in sympathy with it too. But my willpower is miniscule and I grew up on a cattle and sheep station until I was 5. My meat and milk diet was set in place pretty much from birth and very hard to change now. The longest I have managed to be vegetarian is one month in my 20s.

@Mazarita You are a dark horse I would never have thought you grew up on a sheep and cattle station.  Always thought of you as a city girl for some reason. I alway's wanted to have that kind of childhood as I was horse mad growing up

I am a bit of a dark one (as well as light), but I don't mind writing here how it is and was, @greenpea.

I am more of a city girl though because I grew up in a major city. Been here in this smaller city for 16 years. I travelled more and lived in different places when I was younger.

I loved horses but never really learned how to ride that well because mum and I moved to the big city when I was only five.

@Mazarita I have always been a city girl but knew alot of people who lived in the bush and have always had an affinity with the land. Like you travelled alot when younger not so much now maybe that will change ... I am just going to ask my daughter to buy some pizza delivery bbs.

I especially love the land where I am living now, @greenpea. It's one of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever been in all around here. So grateful for this place. Don't have much desire to travel at all these days, live locally for the most part. See you soon.

Where have you travelled to, @Shaz51? One of the times travelling, I backpacked around parts of Australia. I was in my early 20s. Great experience. I like home too these days.
