A few of my kids are really poor sleepers too @outlander. Did you know you are aged between my second and third son. One is 21 and the other is 22 yrs old 😊.
I am hoping to have a cleaning day and market day tomorrow. Not much on for the weekend. Maybe go out for s coffee with my friend on Sunday. I haven’t seen her for a month.

Hi @Teej and @outlander,
Teej, that's so wonderful to hear about your night and the glimpses of a self you want to be.
Outlander, glad you've had an okay evening of distractions. I hope you at least get some rest tonight.
By the by, I've got achilles heel problems in the medical sense. Luckily, after physio and prescribed rest, they're not treating me too badly at the moment. Was out walking between buses and around the place today and they were fine. Wasn't too long a distance though, maybe 1.5km. Slowly heading towards walking more again, after a long six weeks or more without much of it. Friend visit was good. Haven't felt all that well though in myself today and still feel unwell. Cheerful enough anyway.

Lol @outlander I didn’t mean anything by it. Those two of mine couldn’t be anymore different. There polar opposites 😊
i hope the weather is good there tomorrow @outlander. I have washing too.
@Mazarita You have been in the wars. Achilles injuries are meant to be quite painful. It’s good that you got out of the flat. Here’s hoping you feel a bit better tomorrow and your mood stays ok.

Hi again, @Teej and @outlander, sorry for the delay in replying. I had a huge wave of nausea and ended up in the bathroom for a while. Kind of dizzy too. Still feeling weirdly unwell but better than I was. Big heat flush too. Ah well, the joys, lol.
Tomorrow I hope to ring my mum (we've been playing message bank ping pong all day today), do the dishes (just means tidying up the kitchen and getting the dishwasher going), maybe some colouring in at some point (thanks for that idea today, outlander). Otherwise no plans. Any housework I can get myself to do would be a bonus.

Oh @Mazarita that sounds awful. Is there a chance you have a bug too or is this normal. I just got over a strange gastro bug.

It's possible it's a bug, @Teej. I also get migraines so it could some variant on that. My head does feel off somehow. I'm afraid if I go to bed, it's going to get worse, that happens with migraines. I might stay up for a while until I feel a bit better. Sorry you just had a bug, good you're over it.
