Just walked in @outlander. I had been so anxious all day and wanted to pull out but I had the best night I think ive had this year. I think I felt a little bit of the old me come back.

Yes a hot milo and bed soon I think @outlander. I’m in the middle time zone.
Im glad it’s over but actuallya bit buzzy in a good way just now so may have to do something to chill down.

Glad it’s been an ok night @outlander. I think the increase in meds is helping me a bit too which is good.

The sleep thing is a bit of a worry though @outlander. I do not cope at all well without sleep. It’s my Achilles heel.

Achilles heel is a term that means your weak point @outlander. There is a physical one too which was the undoing of Achilles in Greek mythology. This is where the saying comes from. So when I don’t sleep I unravel very quickly.
The pain would make it hard to sleep too. I hope you sleep tonight.
