Re: A long rave

@Mazarita Have a great day with your friend Maz 🙂 xxx

Re: A long rave

Roll on I say @Mazarita@greenpea 😂. In my walking group on Tuesday I made the comment that I thought I might be faster rolling down the hill than walking it 😜

Re: A long rave

@Teej, sounds like the ideal situation: keep the same therapist, but work in a different way perhaps. It also makes sense that there might not be a lot of forward progress in therapy when she is trying to keep it gentle while unstable. Sounds like there is forward movement now though. Smiley Very Happy

Re: A long rave

Fingers crossed @Teej 🙅 youve made a really positive step despite the difficulty.
I hope you can both work out a way to move forward that suits you 🙂

Re: A long rave

Thanks @outlander@Mazarita 🤗💜

Re: A long rave

Thanks, @greenpea! I don't need to start getting ready for a little while though, which makes it nice and relaxing.

@Teej, well, my stomach might roll away on its own! I don't know if anyone else gets this problem, but the main weight gain from my meds has really been on my stomach! The place you want it the least really! Grrrrrr to meds side effects.

Re: A long rave

@Teej Haha! Good one Teej 😄

Re: A long rave

Mine is generally everywhere @Mazarita 😳🤦‍♀️ and totally self inflicted. I have noticed though how meds affect people in my groups. I so wish for you guys it didn’t happen, it seems such an unfair side affect.

Re: A long rave

@Mazarita Yep like I am preggy Maz

Re: A long rave

Same here, @greenpea. If I wasn't in my mid-50s, I'm sure I would get asked about if I was pregnant! Grrrrr again. I really hope this whole meds change ordeal is going to be worth it in the end! It is completely motivated by halting the out of control weight gain. Don't know if I will be losing weight, mainly just don't want to put on any more (mainly for health reasons, but looking better would be good too). Funny about that preggers thing. I've seen the same in a friend who is on anti-psychotics.
