hello @Shaz51 hmm things that help me when feeling overwhelmed..
- have a cup of tea but drink it slowly and focus abit of breathing - have a nice long hot shower or bubble bath -go for a walk -watch a favourite movie or tv show -practice some deep breathing or a meditative exercise
Recently I have been doing more walking now that we have moved to a more walking friendly area. Also good with our new living arrangement with mum.and dad inlaw so close I can just walk out lock the door behind me and knowing the little people are safe and supervised.
