Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

@Meowmy  ❤️❤️❤️

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

just sitting in the sun I think

I wish my life was different

i would start all over again

and get those haters out of my life

the hate I have for them

I don't want them in my life

I hate for what they've done

I feel the breeze is like my life

one minute is nice the next it's too much

I wonder what God thinks when I talk to Him

is He listening, does He understand

I talk to him all the time

and reach out to Him for help

failure guilt hopeless and anger

is with me

the scars I see from what I've done

but no one else knows

the pain of carrying all this

is just too much

end it my mind says

you'll be at peace

but then the tiny bit says no hold on to hope for you will see

I don't know what it is I'm trying to say

I guess no one knows

I just hope that someone is listening

the psin is trying to come out

the voice is yet to be heard

the screams are ready

but the body is scared

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

Hi @BlueBay
Don't you love to write in verse? Creative expression can be a great way to give voice to some of those darker, scarey thoughts and also to those gentle and more tender ones! I'm not sure to what extent your post here reflects your current state of mind or is a reflection about something that you have experienced in the past.

Take care Bluebay and I encourage you to reach out to your usual supports or to one of the services below if you are needing professional assistance today:

Lifeline: 13 11 14 or Crisis Chat

Suicide call back service: 1300 659 467 or online counselling

Samaritans: 135 247

If in immediate danger: 000

@Maggie hey Maggie, thanks so much for support. It means so much and helps a lot. That stuff is not good to hold inside. Hope you have a nice afternoon. Take care.

Re: Writing As A Form Of Therapy

I ‘m listening @BlueBay . Feeling your pain. I understand more than I’m able to say.

Sitting with you, if that’s ok. Hearing birds, feeling the gentle breeze. 💕💕💜
