So great all @DrZoidberg @Snowie @Windflowers @Shaz51 and our wonderful friend Catherine from @SmilingMind - what a wonderful night, I have learnt a lot. The three step strategy was probably my fave! Thank you all 🙂 I will leave this thread open until tomorrow morning for those who would like to debrief.

Umm, @Former-Member @I'm not sure what ya mean. I'm just gonna tag@Former-Member in for you, to hopefully help you find more information on mindfulness for PTSD. This thread is a Tuesday night info thing I just realised, but a good read. Hope you're ok tonight? Sorry if I confused you, my brain is struggling today :face_with_rolling_eyes:
