🌸 Quote of the month:
"To me, recovery is not a place. It is not something to achieve 'one day'. Recovery is the journey. And to go on that journey you gotta do exactly what you are currently doing - keep on putting one foot in front of the other. You may have stumbled many times, but as many times as you have, you have also gotten back up again. Keep going" - @Jynx
“Recovery is really hard. We relapse. We will be resistant and even deny there is a problem. Recovery is not linear. Still love us. Remind us why we want recovery. That change is possible. That help is available. And when we fail, remind us that there is always tomorrow.”- Bow
