Great stuff @Blackcloud ! Sounds like you are on a roll and keeping on top of things! Arghhh... the good old references... that sometimes takes me more time than the essay itself!

A week ago I was writing a pro/con list for quitting tafe. I had actually made the decision to quit. I got some support from my psychologist and the Aboriginal centre at tafe and changed my mind. Because I was going to quit I didn’t work on assignments, so I felt really behind. Yesterday I did the first 8 questions of my trauma informed care assignment and did my PowerPoint and written questions for my presentation. Today I started, finished and submitted my cluster legal and ethical assessment. I am taking a break now. I might try and catch up on the recovery assessment on Saturday. Feeling quite a bit better today!!!

Good on you @Oaktree it's so hard once you start feeling behind, but it's awesome that you've been able to push through and you're feeling better about it! What a difference a week can make!
My experience with study is always pretty turbulent as well. I'm doing a meditation course at the moment just for my own interest and I go through times of such motivation and then other times (like right now) I can't seem to summon any interest in it at all.
It does help to read through this thread though, maybe I'll just try to do a bit in my lunch break today...

I think when we have no motivation or interest in our studies it’s more important than ever not to give up. Just imagine how proud of yourself you will be once you complete the course. After this experience though I am in no hurry to study again. The assessments are very stressful

@Oaktree ! Thank you for sharing about your journey of resilience and not giving up even when things have been so hard.
You have come so so so far already. We are here to support you. Remember, your training org is there to support you too. If you have any difficulty with assignment deadlines etc, please reach out to them. They sound very accomodating.
I am so glad you got to experience the 'victory' after getting an assignment in.
I'm not going to lie, there IS this subconscious stress that comes with studying, but also know that once you've completed your course, you will be over the moon.
I'm cheering you on! I'm so glad to hear from you. I've missed you.
